2Click "Export data"
3Wait for email with download link
4Download the .zip file and extract it
5Upload only the conversations.json file
Claude
1Click your initials in the lower left corner
2Select "Settings" from the menu
3Navigate to the Privacy section
4Click the "Export data" button
5Wait for email with download link
6Download and extract the file
